(포천=브레이크뉴스 경기동북부)하인규 기자=포천시는 10월 29일까지 주택소유자 및 이해관계인에게 2020. 6. 1. 기준 개별(공동)주택가격 결정 가격 열람 및 이의신청 접수를 시행한다고 밝혔다.

이번 주택가격 결정·공시 대상은 올해 1월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 토지의 분할·합병 및 건물의 신·증축 등 사유가 발생한 단독주택과 공동주택이다.

주택가격 열람은 포천시청 세정과(재산세팀), 각 읍·면·동 주민자치센터(민원실)로 전화나 방문을 통해서 할 수 있으며, 포천시 홈페이지 및 부동산공시가격 알리미를 통해서도 확인할 수 있다.

주택가격에 이의신청이 있는 소유자와 이해관계인은 ‘개별(공동)주택가격 이의신청서’를 방문, 우편, 팩스 등을 통해 시청 세정과 또는 읍·면·동사무소에 제출하면 된다.

제출된 이의신청은 10월 30일부터 11월 17일까지 “주택 특성 재조사 및 한국감정원 재검증”을 거쳐 포천시 부동산가격공시위원회에서 적정가격을 심의한 뒤 11월 27일에 개별(공동)주택가격 조정·공시한다.
