구 관계자는 “이번 선정작을 통해 겨울이라는 계절감과 따뜻한 온기를 함께 느낄 수 있으실 것”이라며 “글판을 보는 구민들이 잠시나마 마음이 따스해 질 수 있기를 바란다”고 말했다.

중랑행복글판은 지난해 구청 지상주차장을 구민에게 개방된 녹지광장으로 새롭게 조성하면서 함께 설치된 대형 글판이다. 분기마다 구민공모를 통해 문구를 선정해 게시하고 있다.
