인권경영 선언문은 △UN의 세계인권선언 및 국제인권규약 등에 대한 존중 △사회적 책임을 다하기 위한 사회적·경제적 약자의 인권존중 및 보호 △구리시 주민의 환경권 보장을 위한 관련법규 준수 및 노력 △지역주민 의견 수렴 및 지역주민의 인권존중 △차별금지 △노동권 보장 △노․사 상생발전 추구 △공정거래 준수 및 갑질 근절 등 협력업체를 포함한 모든 이해관계자의 인권 존중 및 보호 등의 내용을 담았으며, 이번 선포를 통해 △국제인권규약 준수를 추가하여 선포했다.

김재남 사장은 “우리공사는 이미 2018년부터 인권경영을 시행하고 있으며, 앞으로 직원뿐만 아니라 시민과 사회적 약자의 인권 또한 공기업으로서 갖추어 인권경영을 실천해 나아가겠다”고 말했다.
