중랑천 제방을 따라 조성된 5.45㎞의 국내 최대 규모의 장미 터널을 포함해 수림대공원 외 5곳에 꾸며진 장미정원 등 축제장 전역에서 천만송이 장미를 감상할 수 있다. 또 중랑천을 바라보며 장미 전경을 즐길 수 있는 전망데크와 포토존, 야간LED 조명 등은 방문객들에게 색다른 묘미를 선사할 전망이다.
