단, 승강기 보수·교체 및 소규모 공동주택(비의무단지)은 사용검사 후 15년(2009년 12월 31일 이전) 이상 경과한 공동주택이 대상이다.

앞서 시는 지난 2005년부터 해당 사업을 추진해오고 있으며, 올해 45개 단지를 포함해 현재까지 총 614개 단지의 노후화된 공용 시설물 보수를 지원했다.

신청·접수 기간은 10월2일부터 11월 15일까지 45일간이다. 구비서류를 갖춰 시청 주택과로 접수하면 된다.
