이번 특강은 창업에 도전하는 청년들에게 성공한 사업가들의 실전 경험담과 노하우를 전수하기 위해 마련됐으며, 지역 청년 30여 명이 참여해 뜨거운 관심과 열기를 보였다.

이번 강연에는 통신 관련 대기업에서 16년간 근무 후 창업해 현재 통신매장 10개를 운영하며 지역사회에 기여하고 있는 최형태 대표가 초청됐다.

최형태 대표는 수많은 경험과 남다른 이력을 바탕으로 대기업 직장인이 4년 내 연 매출 100억 사장님이 되기까지의 노하우를 전달하며 수강생들의 큰 호응을 받았다.

특히 특강은 일방적인 강연 형식에서 벗어나 자유로운 분위기 속에서 참석자들의 질문을 받고 답하며 소통하는 시간으로 꾸며져, 예비 창업가들의 현실적인 고민을 해결하고 자신감을 심어주는 계기가 되었다.
