민간위탁사무의 진단과 발전을 위한 구리미래발전연구회(대표 양경애)의 이번 연구용역은 지난 9월 착수보고회를 시작으로 지방자치발전소 강한옥 이사와 김용석 연구원이 함께 구리시 위탁사무의 현황을 진단하고, 개선 방안을 도출하기 위한 연구활동을 진행했다.

이날 최종보고회는 그동안 연구활동한 결과를 보고하는 사항으로 구리시 민간위탁 사무의 전반에 걸친 현황을 분석하고 ▲ 민간위탁 총괄부서 기능과 역할 강화 ▲ 회계 투명성 강화 ▲ 내실 있는 성과평가 ▲ 의회의 역할 강화 ▲ 민간위탁 종사자의 권익보호 등의 개선방안을 제시했다.
