해당 조합과 시공사는 △덕소 재정비촉진지구(3·5B구역) △지금·도농 재정비촉진지구(1-1·3·6-2 구역) △신우가든 소규모 재건축 사업의 시행과 시공을 담당한다.

협약서에는 △지역건설사업체의 참여 확대 △지역 내 생산 자재·장비의 우선 사용 △지역건설노동자의 우선 고용 등 「남양주시 지역건설산업 활성화 지원 조례」에서 정한 사항의 이행에 적극 협력하는 내용을 담았다.
